Kat has been working with people in conflict for 18 years and has been providing services by distance for over 10 years. 

Laraine Ashpole has a diverse background that includes 25 years working in public service and non-profit organizations on Vancouver Island.

Jerome Dickey is a seasoned professional certified coach with deep expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, and leadership development.

Kathy brings with her over 25 years experience in Conflict Management. Her span of work covers mediations, facilitated discussions, conflict coaching, group needs assessments, group facilitations, delivery of conflict management training and workshops, coaching, and mentorship.

Vivian Kerenyi has a professional background in mediation, law and social work. With over 30 years of combined training and professional experiences, she brings a broad and varied mix of expertise to her work.

Lee is a member of the Civil Roster of Mediate BC. She maintains a diverse dispute resolution consulting practice throughout the Sunshine Coast, Squamish, Whistler, Vancouver Island, and the Lower Mainland with a variety of clients.
