Brenda is a Chartered Mediator, Certified Trainer in Workplace Conflict and a Conflict Management Coach.

Through her private communication and dispute resolution practice, Brenda provides mediation, training and coaching services to private companies, public organizations and families.

In 1998, Brenda received her Certification in Conflict Resolution from the Justice Institute of B.C. and began her mediation career as a panel mediator for the B.C. Insurance Dispute Resolution Program.

Over the course of her dispute resolution career, Brenda has also obtained the following certifications:

• Comprehensive Family Mediator designation from Family Mediation Canada
• Certified Trainer in Strength Deployment Inventory
• Certified Trainer in Workplace Conflict from the Mediation Training Institute International
• Master Certified Stepfamily Coach from the Stepfamily Foundation of America.

Brenda’s practice focuses on internal workplace disputes and as a consultant for the Federal Government, she mediates disputes and provides conflict management coaching for all branches of the Federal Government throughout British Columbia.

Brenda blends the latest social science research into her training and coaching programs with Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) ™ and Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) ™ as a means to help individuals, work teams and entire organizations develop and strengthen their relationships.
