Zana is an experienced professional, having spent over fifteen years developing a diverse background in project management, market research, and finance. She holds a Post-Degree Diploma in Project Management from Douglas College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information Technology from The University of Prishtina, Kosovo.

Continuously committed to professional growth, Zana also holds professional designations as a Certified Accountant and Certified Accounting Technician, along with certifications in related fields attached to Banking and Finance.  As ADRBC’s key front-line contact and hub resource for our members and stakeholders, Zana ensures that all inquiries and requests are received, directed, and addressed in a timely manner, as a critical part of our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
