Zana is an experienced professional, having spent over fifteen years developing a diverse background in project management, market research, and finance. She holds a Post-Degree Diploma in Project Management from Douglas College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Information Technology from The University of Prishtina, Kosovo.

As a reflection of her continuous commitment to professional growth, Zana also holds professional designations as a Certified Accountant and Certified Accounting Technician, along with certifications in related fields attached to Banking and Finance.  As ADRBC’s hub expert overseeing all processes attached to our Roster Appointments and client engagement, Zana ensures that all inquiries and Appointment requests are received, directed, and addressed in a timely manner, as a critical part of our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
