Yeda is committed to promote the use of mediation as an alternative dispute resolution in the community and regularly speaks in mediation seminars.  She is experienced in mediating housing disputes, commercial and residential tenancy disputes, neighbour issues, disputes in commercial contracts, wills and estate disputes and workplace conflicts.

Yeda is currently on ADRBC’s Notice to Mediate Roster Program, Civil Roster of Mediate BC and

the Panel of Mediators with Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited.  She also serves as a mediator with the Conflict Intervention Service of Bar Association of San Francisco.  Yeda has been part of the Organizing Team of ADRBC Symposium since 2018 and volunteers as a facilitator in Sport Law Connect Program of viaSport BC and the Quarantine Conflict Resolution Service of Mediate BC.

Before her family was relocated to Vancouver, Yeda practised as a real estate and litigation lawyer in Messrs. Mayer Brown, a leading law firm in Hong Kong.  She has extensive experience in handling property transactions and land related court proceedings in Hong Kong.  She likes playing board games with her family in leisure time.
