In her arbitration practice, Stacey has been appointed to the roster of arbitrators for the Canadian Auto Manufacturers Vehicle Arbitration Program, was accepted as a qualified arbitrator for the Residential Tenancy Branch, and was most recently appointed as an adjudicator by the B.C. Ministry of Attorney General. Stacey is also a Certified Risk Manager, which has allowed her to maintain a focus on the critical risk-assessment phase of any dispute resolution process. Her additional designation as a Chartered Insurance Professional has afforded Stacey a particular insight into the complex insurance-related matters to which she has frequently been appointed in her mediation practice.
Having come on board as ADRBC’s Executive Director in April 2021, Stacey leads our Administrative Team in implementing ADRBC’s Strategic Plan, and ensuring excellence in service delivery to our members and stakeholders.
