Sebastian is a dialogue practitioner with a successful track record of bringing diverse voices together to create shared understanding and solutions for today’s complex policy challenges. As a Project Manager at Simon Fraser University’s Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, Sebastian is helping citizens and stakeholders move towards collaborative decision-making on energy policy, transportation, government services and other issues. Sebastian’s approach leverages his background and training in political science, peace research, mediation and negotiation, to harnesses group wisdom, improve group dynamics and create the conditions for inclusive and meaningful dialogue.
