An ADRBC member in good standing since December of 2020, Praveen is a successful and well-respectedlawyer, mediator, arbitrator and educator who has always been very generous with her time, insupport of many ADRBC initiatives.  Praveen is an active practitioner on the ICBC and Ministry of Agriculture Arbitration Rosters and the Regulated Civil Mediation Rosters. She has also been a keySymposium contributor and presenter over the course of several years.

Praveen is fluent in English, French, and Punjabi, and currently serves as Adjunct Professor of BusinessLaw at UBC Sauder School of Business. She brings a wealth of experience and dedication to ADR excellence that continues to enrich and energize ADRBC’s strategic focus and Stakeholder engagement.
