Perminder is a Partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, a leading regional law firm with offices in downtown Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.

He has practiced law as a trial lawyer for over a decade in British Columbia. The majority of that work was in the field of personal injury, wills and estates, insurance, disability, commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, general civil litigation and employment law.

In 2019, he trained as a Mediator having found that he effectively used Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution tools as a mechanism to cost effectively serve his clients. He believes that an interest-based facilitated discussion by a skilled mediator provides an efficient means to resolve disputes.

He also has significant experience in corporate governance in the not-for-profit sector through his work as a director and board chair for a number of organizations.
