As ADRBC’s key front-line Member resource and Operations Manager, Lisa addresses all operational issues (Designations, Membership, Development and Programs) and ensures that any inquiries and requests are received, directed, and treated in a timely manner, as a critical part of our commitment to excellence for our Members and the ADR community.
