Lisa Arora, B.Ed., is a Comprehensive Family Mediator, Certified by Family Mediation Canada and a member of the Mediate BC Family Roster. She is also an expert graphic facilitator and management consultant who works internationally with executive teams. Lisa has worked with Fortune 500s, government agencies at all levels, First Nations, and non-profits. Her visual meeting strategies have helped organizations tackle deep-rooted and emerging issues that span all industries from healthcare to high-tech.

Experiencing mediation twice during her own divorce in 2013, Lisa noticed a complete absence of visual communication during these mediations (when from her point of view as a party it would have been helpful). After completing her Family Mediation Certificate Program at the Justice Institute of BC, Lisa set out to pioneer “visual mediation,” combining live interactive visual methods with mediation process. She now runs a private Visual Divorce Mediation practice in Victoria. Lisa also trains other mediators how to use visual communication in their mediations through her online course, Big Beginnings in Visual Mediation.
