Lindsay Foley has worked as a mediator in industrial relations matters since 2007, predominantly within the federally-regulated private sector. This has included working with representatives of employers and unions, their counsel and with self-represented individuals in an effort to seek alternative resolutions to matters in dispute.
Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Labour Studies from Brock University, and a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Toronto. She is a Chartered Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator.
