Laurie is a Nationally Chartered Mediator, Facilitator and Conflict Management Specialist since 2006, earning her Chartered Mediator Certification in 2010. Laurie is passionate about conflict resolution and enjoys working with people from all walks of life.

Laurie believes in interest-based practices for resolving disputes where all people involved have the opportunity to be heard, develop understanding and work toward a resolution that works for all. Through mediation, parties are often able to build respectful relationships, problem-solve, reduce tension/stress and resolve issues in a way that works for all participants. Laurie specializes in workplace, estate and agricultural mediation processes.

Along with mediation processes, Laurie enjoys coaching and mentoring new mediators as well as working one-on-one with parties to enhance communication skills.
