Laraine Ashpole has a diverse background that includes 25 years working in public service and non-profit organizations on Vancouver Island. She is currently a Conflict Management Consultant for the BC Pubic Service Agency, and a private workplace dispute resolution practitioner.

Laraine’s education includes a Masters in Leadership & Training from RRU and an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology. She achieved Certificates in Conflict Resolution Negotiation and Mediation/Third Party Intervention from the Justice Institute of BC. Laraine has a passion for supporting teams and individuals to find sustainable solutions to challenges and create positive change.
