I have a diverse background that includes 20 years working in public service and non-profit organizations on Vancouver Island. My education includes a Masters in Leadership & Training from RRU and an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology. I achieved Certificates in Conflict Resolution Negotiation and Mediation/Third Party Intervention from the Justice Institute of BC. I have a passion for supporting teams and individuals to find sustainable solutions to challenges and create positive change.
