Kathleen has thirty-four years of municipal government senior leadership experience, including Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Human Resources. She has an MBA from the University of B.C. and will receive an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University in June 2023. Kathleen has CPHR, QArb and QMed designations and owns a consulting firm that that provides leadership, local government, and dispute resolution services.
