A well-respected and experienced former ADRBC Board Member, Joan served a full 7 year term on the Board from 2015 – 2022, alongside her continuing service as Chair of our Regional Arbitration Assessment Committee and our Education Committee. We were delighted to have Joan accept our invitation to return for a second term of service on the Board, in June of 2023.
Joan has been an ADRBC member in good standing for over a decade, and serves on our Vehicle Arbitration and Regulated Civil & Family Mediation Rosters.
