The newest member of our team, Janine completed the National Introductory Mediation Course (NIMC) in the Fall of 2024. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management, she has a passion for challenges and a results-driven approach. Janine excels in motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment, and is thrilled to be helping ADR newcomers navigate their way down this incredible and rewarding path.

Janine holds a BA from SFU and has served as Director on several local theatre boards, showcasing her commitment to community engagement and the arts. She enjoys exploring new challenges, both personally and professionally, and is always enthusiastic about setting and achieving new goals. Her strong background in building and maintaining positive client relationships is instrumental in her role as our Education Coordinator, ensuring that help is provided in a timely manner, and expectations are always exceeded.
