Harpreet is a Mediator and Lawyer in the Commercial Business, Construction and Infrastructure and Insurance Law Practice Groups at Singleton Urquhart Reynolds Vogel LLP.  With over 13 years of litigation experience, she has represented clients involved in business disputes, breach of contract and negligence claims, insurance claims, professional liability and product liability cases, as well as complex construction-related matters.  Harpreet has achieved successful results at all levels of Court in British Columbia and the Supreme Court of Yukon.

Harpreet has also developed a niche practice in defending complaints made to professional regulatory bodies. In doing so, she has represented many professionals and successfully negotiated resolutions with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors, College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia, College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia, College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia, College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners & Acupuncturists of British Columbia, Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

In addition to her litigation practice, Harpreet is an accredited Mediator through the Alternative Dispute Resolution of British Columbia.
