Gerry Nera is the Director of ADR of the Canadian Transportation Agency which provides dispute resolution for transportation matters under federal jurisdiction. Mr. Nera was instrumental in establishing the mediation program of the Agency approximately 19 years ago. Presently the ADR Program provides mediation and arbitration services for a wide range of consumer and regulatory transportation disputes. Mr. Nera has also spent several years working at the Auditor General of Canada and at the then Department of Human Resources Canada. Mr. Nera holds an MBA from McGill University, a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University, and Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator designations from ADR Canada.
