Craig Neville completed his law degree in his home province of Saskatchewan where he was called to the Bar in 1981. He was called to the B.C. Bar in 1986 and has been a partner at Watson Goepel LLP since 1997. Craig has practiced exclusively in the area of family law for 30 years. He is a mediator, collaborative practitioner, arbitrator and parenting coordinator. A frequent author and presenter for continuing legal education programs, Craig has written on family issues for many years. Most recently he has written “Family Law Arbitration under the Family Law Act”, “Distance Arbitration”, and has had published with the Canadian Arbitration and Mediation Journal, the article: “Med/Arb in the Parenting Coordination Process: the Challenge of Arbitration in Continuing Relationships”. Craig is a member of AFCC, the Law Society of BC, Family Mediation Canada, Collaborative Divorce Vancouver, ADRIC, ADRBC, and is a member and past president of the BC Parenting Coordinators Roster Society. Craig is also a Certified Family Law Arbitrator with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of British Columbia.
