Cinnie is a certified mediator and former lawyer with a Masters of Law in Dispute Resolution. Throughout 1999, Cinnie conducted extensive research to develop a one-on-one coaching model to strengthen peoples’ ability to engage in conflict. Now – as a pioneer of this process- she devotes most of her time to conflict management coaching (also known as conflict coaching)- as a writer, speaker, coach and trainer. Cinnie’s coaching clients are from all parts of the world and she and her team train mediators, coaches and others worldwide in the framework she created. Cinnie publishes a bi-monthly blog (ConflictMastery Quest(ions)) and has written six books – two are on dispute resolution topics: “Family Mediation: A Guide for Lawyers” (1999) and as co-author of the book “Mediation Advocacy: Effective Client Representation in Mediation Proceedings” (1998). She has also written two books are on coaching: Conflict Mastery: Questions to Guide You (2014) and Conflict Management Coaching: The CINERGY™ Model (2012), and co-authored a chapter “Conflict Management” in “The Handbook of Knowledge-Based Coaching”(2011).
