Ceyda Gultan is a human resources professional, leadership coach and has 20 years’ experience working with and for national, international and local organizations managing projects all focused on enhancing and growing teams, identifying those barriers that hinder either corporations or individuals to become the best they can be. Each organization comes with their own unique set of challenges and opportunities and this is the arena Ceyda thrives in. Her in-depth knowledge of the people side of the business comes from working in house as a Human Resource Professional and as an external Consultant on special projects including: recruitment, corporate culture, assessments and development centers, organizational reviews, HR dashboards, webinars and training, coaching leaders, employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, and 360 assessments. Ceyda is a champion of coaching as she has seen coaching to empower people in any organizational condition. Ceyda was the President of the local International Coach Federation Chapter in 2018 and served as the Board Member for 2 years prior to that. She has been co-leading HR Coaching Roundtable with the CPHR BC and Yukon since 2014. Ceyda’s strength lies in the compatibility of working in a variety of cultural realms. She has lived in Canada for 12 years and prior to this in Turkey.
