Catalina Rodriguez is an employment lawyer, workplace investigator, and mediator with 18 years of experience in employment and labor law in British Columbia. She has worked in various capacities, including private practice with large national and regional firms representing both companies and employees. Additionally, Catalina has served as in-house counsel for employment matters and asDirector of Human Resources for a major retailer. Prior to joining Forte Law, she held the position of Head of Employee Relations for the Canadian operations of a global bank.

At Forte Law, Catalina maintains a diverse practice, advising both employers and employees. Her extensive background equips her with a wide range of perspectives on issues crucial to her clients, enabling her to offer practical advice tailored to their needs.

In her role as a mediator, Catalina assists parties in resolving workplace disputes, whether stemming from interpersonal conflicts or active litigation. She brings valuable mediation credentials, including a certification as an Organizational Coach from UBC and the Advanced Mediation course at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
