Anil who has since 1995 practised PeaceBuilding (with Conflict Avoidance, Dispute Resolution, Restorative Justice and Online Dispute Resolution) is an accredited Mediator, Arbitrator ((and trained in Investment State Mediation & Arbitration), Restorative Justice and an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) coach. Having qualified/admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of Singapore , a Solicitor of England and Wales and Barrister at Law (Middle Temple of England & Wales, before which he was as an Infantry Officer for five years with the Singapore Armed Forces.

Anil practice in Asia Pacific through ChangAroth Chambers LLC, ChangAroth  InterNational Consultancy and  its subsidiaries ODRasia (servicing Asia) & ODRanz (servicing Oceania) within the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation’s Collaborative Framework for ODR and collectively serving the Singapore’s Infrastructure Asia, the Singapore Convention on Mediation, China’s Belt & Road Initiative and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. Anil, the Chambers, Consultancy (and its subsidiaries ODRasia & ODRanz) are represented and engaged with – the Ministry of Law Singapore (& Lupl Inc partnered)’s Advisory Member (pioneer) on the Industry Engagement and Advisory Group (IEAG) for the LegalTech Platform (LTP); and in 2019 book Resolving Disputes, a Guide to the Options for Appropriate Dispute Resolution, published by Marshall Cavendish International Asia.
