  • Notice to Mediate Program

Welcome to B.C.’s Mediation Roster Program!

In partnership with the Ministry of Attorney General, ADRBC is responsible for managing all mediator appointments under British Columbia’s Notice to Mediate Regulations. As Designated Roster Society under the Regulations, ADRBC has developed a Mediation Roster Program that provides parties with the means to connecting with professional mediators who are ideally suited to the nature and particulars of a given dispute.

The mediator’s role is to assist parties in the early settlement of disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR), rather than by the more costly, time-consuming, and expensive pathways associated with litigation and the Courts.

ADRBC’s Program maintains a list of available mediators with a rich and diverse variety of skills, experience, and training, and provides the public with mediation resources. The Mediation Roster Program currently includes management of the following rosters: Civil Roster, Family Roster, and Med-Arb Roster.

We welcome all inquiries about this very dynamic and effective Program, and we can be reached at (604) 736-6614 or email to: rosters@adrbc.com.

Are you a mediator interested in joining the Rosters?  We are recruiting, and would love to hear from you!

Applications for the Civil, Family, and Med-Arb Rosters are now downloadable below, and can be completed and directed to the Roster Admissions team at: rosters@adrbc.com.
