Webinar with Edward B. Lovett

This workshop will address the most pertinent questions regarding workplace impact regarding COVID-19 thus-far.

Pre-prepared Question And Answer Format Addressing What Has Been Some Of The Most Pertinent Questions Regarding Workplace Impact Regarding Covid-19 Thus-far. To aid individuals and primarily employers in the effort to aggressively contain the virus without running afoul of applicable law.

Agenda:

  • Insights and awareness of the impacts of Covid-19 on the workplace
  • Possible helpful direction as we navigate the impacts of Covid-19 on the workplace

Presenter:

Mr. Lovett currently is lead instructor for both The Institute For Conflict Management and The Institute For Distance Learning which serve as recertification, continuing education, and professional development educational platforms.  Mr. Lovett has facilitated the Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM)  Professional Certification and Workplace Essentials Training Programs for CSU and National Universities.

Mr. Lovett is often recognized for his ability to connect with and relate to audiences on a sincere personal level. With a down to earth and engaging instructional style his focus is often on effective principles not just the “Law”.

His background is in Mediation and Conflict Resolution having attended at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine University School of Law and Loyola Law School Mediation programs. He is a certified trainer for the nationally recognized mediation certifying authority, NACM, conducting Certified Mediation Trainings both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Lovett has been the lead co-Instructor along with Professor Jill M. Scala on Sexual Harassment Prevention and anti-bullying training for the compliance training organization Employee Harassment Training.
Mr. Lovett has developed training programs for dozens of organizations and public agencies.

Current trends include digital badging for professional and or employees who have completed a workplace training series.
