Webinar with Edward B. Lovett

In this webinar you will not only find out the main interpersonal flaw ADR practitioners unwittingly fall into when engaged in dispute resolution, but also how to identify and avoid it. You will learn how not to let the flaw of lack of emotional agility sabotage your credibility to guide parties to possible agreement, instead learning how to master influencing techniques. And you will conclude learning how to avoid flaw of failing to recognize importance of effective conflict resolution through relationship building, by: reading nonverbal cues; knowing when to interrupt and when to stay quiet and being clear and concise when exploring a concept or idea.
