With over 30 years of global experience spanning Canada, the U.S., and Europe, she skillfully blends keen insight, diplomacy, and consensus-building to deliver win-win solutions, leveraging her strong foundation in intercultural communication and DEI strategy.

Maria has provided strategic guidance to CEOs and senior leaders, transforming conflicts into opportunities for growth, relationship-building, and sustainable collaboration. Her significant contributions include her work as an investigator and ADR consultant for the Ministry of Labour and leading initiatives to enhance workforce diversity at the Ministry of Attorney General.
