Cherie Williams brings extensive experience in governance, fairness, and dispute resolution to her candidacy for the ADRBC Board. She currently serves on a strata council and has held leadership roles on two strata boards, guiding bylaw and governance initiatives.
Professionally, Cherie was Fair Practices Manager at WorkSafeBC, promoting procedural fairness and conflict resolution within a complex organizational framework. She also served as a Union Executive, representing employees and supporting respectful, solutions-focused dialogue.
Cherie’s commitment to collaborative leadership extends to her community work as Vice Chair of the Family Court Youth Justice Committee for Vancouver and as Past President of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Vancouver Chapter.
She is dedicated to advancing ADR awareness and professional standards in British Columbia, ensuring ADRBC remains a trusted leader in promoting fair, effective, and accessible conflict resolution.
