Janine is the newest member of the ADRBC team, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Known for her passion for challenges and results-driven approach,  She excels in motivating teams and fostering a collaborative environment.

Janine holds a BA from SFU and has served as Director on several local theatre boards, showcasing her commitment to community engagement and the arts. She enjoys exploring new challenges, both personally and professionally, and is always enthusiastic about setting and achieving new goals. Her strong background in building and maintaining positive client relationships is instrumental in her role as our Education Coordinator, ensuring that help is provided in a timely manner, and expectations are always exceeded.
