Richard Rogers is the CRT’s Registrar and Executive Director. Richard has worked in the public sector for more than 20 years, including serving as Registrar of the Property Assessment Appeal Board from 1996 to 2000. Richard has expertise in operational management, as well as policy and financial analysis and planning. Richard uses this experience to work with the Chair and CRT staff to oversee CRT operations and to further develop and improve CRT processes and technology. Prior to joining the public service, Richard practiced law for three years in Nanaimo, British Columbia.
