Dr. Tammy Lenski is a mediator, executive coach, and speaker serving clients worldwide since 1997. Recipient of the Association for Conflict Resolution’s Mary Parker Follett award for innovative and pioneering work in the field, Tammy specializes in addressing conflict and friction in ongoing personal and business relationships.
Tammy co-founded the world’s first master’s degree program in mediation in 2002 and has taught conflict resolution in four university graduate programs. She is a member of ACR’s Academy of Advanced Practitioners and the author of The Conflict Pivot and Making Mediation Your Day Job.
Tammy’s current work centers on creating the conditions for robust collaboration and sound decisions that also buffer personal and professional relationships from the negative effects of conflict.
A college dean and vice president before going into private practice, Tammy holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and master’s and doctoral degrees in higher education from The University of Vermont.
