After over 10 years in civil litigation, Jenny opened a dispute resolution practice in 2019 to help individuals and businesses resolve disputes in real estate and civil matters. In 2019, she was appointed as a member of the Property Assessment Review Panel. She has recently been appointed as a member of the Employment Standards Tribunal.
She has been an avid volunteer with the Amici Curiae Friendship Society aka AC Friends of Court (“ACFS”) since 2011 helping self-represented litigants with all kinds of legal issues including employment, family and human rights matters, among others. She has managed different workshops for the ACFS over the years. She now manages the Indian Day School (“IDS”) workshop helping indigenous clients with IDS claims. She is a contributor to the CanLII Manual to British Columbia Civil Litigation guide, Law Courts Center Court of Appeal Procedures guide, family litigation and civil litigation guides for self-represented litigants.
In her leisure time, Jenny enjoys K-pop dancing, cooking, doing yoga, hiking and trying out new things.
