Lee is a member of the Civil Roster of Mediate BC. She maintains a diverse dispute resolution consulting practice throughout the Sunshine Coast, Squamish, Whistler, Vancouver Island, and the Lower Mainland with a variety of clients. For 12 years (4 terms) Lee served her Sunshine Coast community as elected Regional District Rural Director.
In addition to her private practice, Lee is a faculty member in the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC, where she is the instructor for the online course: Ethical Dilemmas for Mediators, she instructs in assessment preparation courses, assesses negotiation and mediation skills and coaches in many JIBC courses.
Lee also specializes in governance and systems management processes: design/implementation, design of collaborative processes, and effective dispute resolution. She has designed both civil and family mediation practicum programs, and skill assessment processes.
Lee has experience with facilitating, training and coaching employees and managers, mediating or investigating issues for First Nations clients, has facilitated international disputes, commercial, insurance, workplace, governments, NGOs, schools, and has mediated and investigated disputes in school districts, and in family disputes, both inter-generational and partner separation.
