An ADRBC member in good standing since 2018, Fisnik brings a combined body of experience and education in multiple ADR Disciplines, alongside over five years’ direct experience as ADRBC’s Manager of Stakeholder Relations.
In addition to his experience as a senior ADRBC staff member, Fisnik has worked with a number of world-renowned universities, crown corporations and societies, in the capacity of project advisor and manager. He currently works with the Canada Industrial Relations Board, as an Industrial Relations Officer.
Fisnik has a long history of success in bringing parties together, in Europe and in North America. He wasintegral to the success of ADR Mediation Centre Mitrovica, in Kosovo. He was also involved in Bridging the Divide, M-M@G Project, a well-respected online journal that covered high-conflict areas in the Balkans, published in three languages. Fisnik is also an Alumnus of the International Institute for Political andEconomic Studies, in affiliation with George Washington University.
Fisnik’s dedication to ADRBC and its members is most recently demonstrated by his acceptance to join our Board in 2023. In addition to this service, Fisnik has continued to volunteer generous portions of his time as both a member of our Symposium Organizing Team, and as a key mentoring resource for our administrative staff.
