Take the Mediator Training Program.

ADRBC's mediation training program prepares learners to effectively facilitate the understanding-based approach to resolving disputes. This approach is also referred to as facilitative, win-win, or interest-based mediation. If you manage conflict or are considering a career as a mediator, our course provides the foundation for good practice.

As an ADRBC member you will have the opportunity to network with other professionals, while benefiting from significant member discounts, every year at the ADRBC (formerly BCAMI) Symposium.
